This Second Month (Ziv) was when Yahuwah in His mercy provided food for Israel. He sent quail once that evening and commenced the giving of manna for the following five mornings, with a double portion on the sixth day and none on Sabbath. Because the date of the 15th is given as the day the Israelites complained of hunger, it is a simple process to reckon the dates for all the seventh-day Sabbaths for that month. This illustrates that the calendar used by the heavenly Father and Moses was lunar solar. So what does this mean for mankind today? The heavenly Father has begun to call His faithful out of the false teaching of Babylon, to be restored to Himself, His Laws and His time-keeping system. The lessons of the heavenly manna teach that Yahuwah has ordained and sanctified a seventh-day Sabbath, which is neither Saturday nor Sunday.
