Sickness

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of honor, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:17, 18

So you shall serve Yahuah your Alahim, and He will barak (bless) your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you. Exodus23:25

And Yahuah will take away from you all sickness, and will afflict you with none of the terrible diseases of Egypt which you have known, but will lay them on all those who hate you.  Deuteronomy 7:15

“When there is famine in the land, pestilence or blight or mildew, locusts or grasshoppers; when their enemy besieges them in the land of their cities; whatever plague or whatever sickness there is; whatever prayer, whatever supplication is made by anyone, or by all Your people Israel, when each one knows the plague of his own heart, and spreads out his hands toward this temple: then hear in the shamayim Your dwelling place, and forgive, and act, and give to everyone according to all his ways, whose heart You know (for You alone know the hearts of all the sons of men), that they may fear You all the days that they live in the land which You gave to our fathers.  1 Kings 8:37-40

And Yahusha went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people.  Matthew 4:23

Therefore the sisters sent to Him, saying, “Yahusha, behold, he whom You love is sick.” When Yahusha heard that, He said, “This sickness is not unto death, but for the honor of Yahuah, that the Son of Yahuah may be honored through it.” John 11:34

Through Yahuah’s favor we are not consumed, because His compassion fails not. They are new every morning; Great is Your trustworthiness. “Yahuah is my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore I trust in Him!” Lamentations 3:22-24

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12

I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go: I will guide you with my eye. Psalms 32:8

I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. Hebrews 13:5

Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all you who trust in Yahuah.  Psalms 31:24

They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. He that goes forth and weeps, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him. Psalms 126:5, 6

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto Yahuah. Philippians 4:6

And Yahuah shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain; for the former things are passed away. Revelation 21:4

Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusts in Yahuah, compassion shall compass Him about. Psalms 32:10

. . . All things work together for good to them that love Yahuah, to them who are the called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28

Alahim is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. . . . Psalms 46: 1

A merry heart does good like a medicine. Proverbs 17:22

These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. John 16:33

There is a friend that sticks closer than a brother. Proverbs 18:24

I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. John 14:18

Your word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Psalms 119:105

We are honored in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation works patience; and patience, experience, and experience, trust. Romans 5:3, 4

Yahuah is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knows them that trust in him. Nahum 1:7

Wait on Yahuah, be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on Yahuah. Psalms 27:14

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather be honored in my infirmities, that the power of the Messiah may rest upon me. 2 Corinthians 12:9
