Because YAHUSHA Lives!

because-yahusha-lives

I am sharing this beautiful song rendition of “Because He Lives” by the Anthem Lights (listen now), not because it has anything to do with Easter, but because the 2,000 year-old story is TRUE. The Messiah did lay down His life for all mankind, but according to the Torah PASSOVER (Pasch) promise on the 14th of Aviv. He did arise again on the 16th, three days and three nights later, in that order.  Yes, the salvation story is only possible BECAUSE YAHUSHA LIVES!  HalleluYah!!!

Consider that every year good folks are choosing to celebrate either the Roman Catholic (Babylonian) Easter or the Yahudahim (Jewish) Passover, yet not recognizing the inherent flaws with each.  From in-depth research, these are both found to be hopelessly out of sync with Scripture’s Torah, and/or devoid of all the promissory and life giving attributes of Yahusha the true Messiah, who came in the name of His Father YAHUAH.  The GOOD NEWS is that TRUTH sets us free from error, and as long as one has breath, there is opportunity to turn it all around.

While these concepts may be altogether new to you, they are not new, nor are they mine, but they come to us from antiquity.  They were equally shared among all the patriarchs and prophets of Scripture including our Messiah who LIVES from eternity past unto eternity future.

Accurate Passover locating was a requirement only found by counting to the 14th day following the New Moon of Aviv (Shemot/Exodus 12:1-6).  Yet, this is not the lunar phase that is called the New Moon today by the Jews and world at large.  If Passover is counted from the wrong New Moon or replaced by Easter, when the true method is available, then Yahuah’s Torah of TRUTH will not be found in your mouth.

It [Passover] shall be as a sign to you on your hand and as a memorial between your eyes that Yahuah’s Torah may be in your mouth. Shemot (Exodus) 13:9

It is a well recorded fact that “the sun was darkened from the sixth to the ninth hour” on that epic and pivotal day of our Messiah’s crucifixion in the middle of the first month in spring.  For 6,000 years, when the sun was darkened, it was always recognized as a solar eclipse. So why would this darkened sun event be any different?  For solar eclipses only occur when a dark conjunction lunar phase comes between the sun and the earth.  By extension 14 days earlier the true New Moon was the full moon.

In 358 AD, under pressure from Rome, and seeking to cast off the time-centric facts that had linked the Jews to the death of Yahusha the Messiah, the captive Jews changed all their units of time-measuring.  By so doing they could simultaneously reject (deny) that the Messiah even came at all, and coincidentally cause it to appear that the facts recorded in the Brit Hadasha (NT Scripture) for His death and resurrection did not align with their Passover Feast Day calendar model with its New Moons 180 degrees different and 15-45 days off. What a clever slight of hand that was.

Yahuah our Eternal Father changes not, neither do His laws of love and time-measuring.  Selfless LOVE became our LAMB sacrifice.  He wants His obedient followers to love Him in return enough to stop at nothing to be synchronized with Him for celebration and worship according to His omnipotent Feast Day plan to Redemption, specifically on His astro-luni-solar time model.  This was the reason for New Moons, Sabbaths and Feast Days.  These alone provide the time honored PATHWAY of the LAMB, from the beginning to the end, as the Aleph and Tav (Alpha and Omega) of the Sanctuary/Temple.  It provides the single door, referred to as the EAST GATE that He alone opens and shuts, for His true believers to enter at each appointed time (Hagilu Naton Elohim/Revelation 3:8).  The full moon is the true New Moon identified by the east gate when it is opened, shining the whole night through from east to west.  It is this New Moon the refreshes and sets the start of weeks each lunar month.  YahchezqEL (Ezekiel) 46:1-3

Only those who humbly seek truth as for buried treasure, not limiting themselves to the religious views and peer pressure they were born into, will ultimately find it.  Truth is progressive, and the reformation is ongoing. “These are they who follow the LAMB whither soever He goes.” Revelation 14:4  It is these who will worship Yahuah eternally “from one New Moon to another and from one Sabbath to another.” YahshaYahu (Isaiah) 66:23

Yahusha our Messiah laid down His life:
  1. To fulfill the 4,000 year-old PROMISE given to Adam and Eve that Yahuah Elohim would send His only Son to take their place.  (John 3:16)
  2. Provide the only SAVING method to remove our condemnation for transgression (sin) of the law.  (Romans 8:1; Galatians 2:16; Galatians 3:13)
  3. Provide the only mechanism that we might receive forgiveness from sin. (Matthew 20:28)
  4. So that we could ESCAPE the curse of the law. (Galatians 3:13; Galatians 2:16)
  5. To show Yahuah Elohim’s LOVE and compassion for us, while we were yet sinners. (John 3:16; Romans 5:8)
  6. To RESTORE us back to the Father. (Romans 5:10; 1 Peter 3:18)
  7. To GIVE ETERNAL LIFE back to all those who accept His provision. (John 3:18, 36; John 17:3; 1 Corinthians 2:9)
  8. Yahusha our Messiah AROSE TO NEW LIFE on the third day, as a guarantee of Eternal Life beyond the grave for all those who accept His free gift.  It is this most marvelous fact fulfilled at the precise appointed time of the 14th, 15th, and 16th as counted from the New Moon, that gives mankind assurance and a confident expectation.
Our Response:

Our response requires more than just believing, for even the devils believe, but we are to show we have received the free gift of pardon and Eternal Life.  How is this accomplished?

  1. We humbly confess our sins for He is faithful and just to forgive them. (1 John 1:9)
  2. We walk forward in newness of life. (John 10:10)
  3. We honor Yahuah and His Son, Yahusha by celebrating through worship on all Salvation’s time-centric memorials. These include the New Moon Days, lunar Seventh-day Sabbaths, and all the lunar Feast Days according to His time-measuring model. For at the last supper, the night before Yahusha our Messiah laid down His life, he promised . . . “But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.” Matthew 26:29  Meaning this same Passover event will be kept into eternity as a yearly reminder of what our Messiah has done for us.  But more still will all the Feast Days and Sabbaths be kept perpetually for all eternity, according to the same astro-luni-solar time-measuring method. (Isaiah 66:23)

We honor them today by actively participating in following their eternal prescription of celebrating all salvation’s memorials from year to year. We do this by synchronizing our cleansed soul temples with His that we may honor both Father and Son in worship on their New Moons, Sabbaths and Feast Days. All of which demonstrate our receiving of the free gift and honor their seven part plan to SAVE, as demonstrated in the Sanctuary/Temple services (Ezekiel 46:1-3; John 3:18, 36; John 17:3; 1 Corinthians 2:9)

All of this is only possible BECAUSE YAHUSHA OUR MESSIAH LIVES!!!  “He was, and is, and is to come!” HALLELUYAH! ~

The story is told of a Father and Son

The story is told of a wealthy Father and son who were very close and enjoyed adding valuable art pieces to their collection. Priceless works by Picasso, Van Gogh, Monet and many others adorned the walls of the family estate.

The widowed, elder man looked on with satisfaction as his only child became an experienced art collector. The son’s trained eye and sharp business mind caused his father to beam with pride as they dealt with art collectors around the world.

As winter approached, war engulfed the nation, and the young man left to serve his country. After only a few short weeks, his father received a telegram. His beloved son was missing in action. The art collector anxiously awaited more news, fearing he would never see his son again.

Within days, his fears were confirmed. The young man had died while rushing a fellow soldier to a medic. Distraught and lonely, the old man faced the future with anguish and sadness. The joy he and his son had had together would visit his house no longer.

Within months a knock on the door awakened the depressed old man. As he walked to the door, the masterpieces of art on the walls only reminded him that his son was not coming home. As he opened the door, he was greeted by a soldier with a large package in his hand. He introduced himself to the man by saying, “I was a friend of your son. I was the one he was rescuing when he died. May I come in for a few moments? I have something to show you.” As the two began to talk, the solider told of how the man’s son had told everyone of his, not to mention his father’s, love of fine art.

“I’m an artist,” said the soldier, “and I want to give you this.”

because-Yahusha-livesAs the old man unwrapped the package, the paper gave way to reveal a portrait of the man’s son. Though the world would never consider it the work of a genius, the painting featured the young man’s face in striking detail. Overcome with emotion, the man thanked the soldier, promising to hang the picture above the fireplace. A few hours later, after the soldier had departed, the old man set about his task. True to his word, the painting went above the fireplace, pushing aside thousands of dollars of paintings. And then the man sat in his chair and spent hours gazing at the gift he had been given.

During the days and weeks that followed, the man realized that even though his son was no longer with him, the boy’s life would live on because of those he had touched. He would soon learn that his son had rescued dozens of wounded soldiers before a bullet stilled his caring heart. As the stories of his son’s gallantry continued to reach him, fatherly pride and satisfaction began to ease the grief.

The painting of his son soon became his most prized possession, far eclipsing any interest in the pieces for which museums around the world clamored. He told his neighbors it was the greatest gift he had ever received.

The following spring, the old man became ill and passed away. The art world was in anticipation! Unmindful of the story of the man’s only son, but in his honor; those paintings would be sold at an auction. According to the will of the old man, all of the art works would be auctioned on the memorial of the same day he had received his greatest gift.

The day soon arrived and art collectors from around the world gathered to bid on some of the world’s most spectacular paintings. Dreams would be fulfilled this day; greatness would be achieved as many would claim, “I have the greatest collection.”

The auction began with a painting that was not on any museum’s list. It was the painting of the man’s son. The auctioneer asked for an opening bid. The room was silent. “Who will open the bidding with $100?” he asked. Minutes passed. No one spoke.

From the back of the room came, “Who cares about that painting? It’s just a picture of his son. Let’s forget it and go on to the good stuff.”

More voices echoed in agreement. “No, we have to sell this one first,” replied the auctioneer. “Now, who will take the son?” Finally, a friend of the old man spoke. “Will you take ten dollars for the painting? That’s all I have. I knew the boy, so I’d like to have it. I have ten dollars.”

“Will anyone go higher?” called the auctioneer. After more silence, the auctioneer said, “Going once, going twice. Gone.”

The gavel fell. Cheers filled the room and someone exclaimed, “Now we can get on with it and we can bid on these treasures!”

The auctioneer looked at the audience and announced the auction was over.

Stunned disbelief quieted the room. Someone spoke up and asked, “What do you mean it’s over? We didn’t come here for a picture of some old guy’s son. What about all of these paintings? There are millions of dollars of art here! I demand that you explain what’s going on here!”

The auctioneer replied, “It’s very simple. According to the will of the father, WHOEVER TAKES THE SON, TAKES ALL.” ~

This story’s ultimate meaning transcends the mere acquisition of wealth expressed within.  For it is a parable that illustrates the greater rewards to be earned by accepting the only begotten Son of the Father into one’s heart. The hearts who cherish the Son rather than seeking wealth, power, and earthly esteem are the ones who honor the Father, and are thus rewarded. For it is written: “EYE HAS NOT SEEN, NOR EAR HEARD, NOR HAVE ENTERED INTO THE HEART OF MAN THE THINGS WHICH ELOHIM HAS PREPARED FOR THOSE WHO LOVE HIM.” 1 Corinthians 2:9

While all are invited, all are vetted. Yet, only those who do the will of the Father, keeping His New Moons, Sabbaths, and Feast Days, which are all about LOVE’S Salvation Mechanism to save us, will earn entry into the Kingdom of the Shamayim (Heaven), and TAKE ALL.  HALLELUYAH!!!
